It comes complete with a fitness lifestyle guide for optimal fat loss and healthy living, online weekly monitoring and measuring with Jason himself, fat loss recipe book, guidelines to eating out and how to follow the program while travelling, and local fast food choices that fall within the program parameters. Plus of course you will have unlimited email access to me for support and to answer any questions that you may have throughout the program.
